We deliver goods to all the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and many parts of Europe. For delivery areas where more information is required a warning will appear on the screen in the checkout area. This warning would also be visible when viewing an estimate of the delivery charges in the shopping cart. We aim to despatch your order on the same day provided that your order is placed before 2pm (UK Time). Should your order be placed after 2pm it will be despatched the next working day (Not Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). E.g. orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched on Friday. Orders Placed on Friday after 2pm will be despatched the following Monday.
If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
We offer Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class postage and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller packets delivered to the UK and Next Day carriers for larger parcels. Please note deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Europe will take between 2-7 days.
A Signature will be required on delivery for Royal Mail Special Delivery and Carrier services.
Please note we cannot be held liable for delays due to third party deliveries.
Orders Not Delivered
If your order cannot be delivered and they are returned to us, HCS Services reserves the right to charge for the return carriage. We also reserve the right to charge for the original carriage should the order be subsequently cancelled after its return.
Orders Lost or Damaged In Transit
Orders which do not arrive which have been despatched using the Royal Mail 1st, 2nd Class and Special Delivery services will be subject to the Royal Mail’s terms and conditions for items lost or damaged. Once the item is confirmed as being lost by the Royal Mail HCS Services will resend your order immediately.
Orders which are damaged in transit may be subject to an investigation by the relevant carrier. In the event an item is damaged in transit please keep the original packaging in which the order was delivered in case the delivery agent wishes to inspect it.
A claim for damage in transit is required within 48 hours of the order being delivered.
